なので、ご指摘の通り修正すると the fact that ... は残りますが、
about “mintSources” が落ちてしまいますね。
もう少し言葉を補って about を訳し、以下のようにしてみました。いかがでしょうか。

先月は “mintSources” の概要と “mintSources” で
“software-properties-gtk” を置き換える予定についてお話ししました。
