1*.*In the Update Manager, click on the “Update Pack Info” button

2.Make sure “Your system configuration” shows up as green and doesn’t show
any warnings or errors.

3.If you see a warning or an error, follow the instructions given and
repeat the process until they’re gone.

   1. アップデートマネージャーで、“Update Pack Info”ボタンをクリックしてください。
   2. “Your system configuration”が緑になっており、警告もエラーも出ていない事を確認して下さい。
   3. もし、警告やエラーが出た場合には、与えられた指示に従い、それらがなくなるまでこのプロセスを繰り返してください。

*3. Update Pack について読んでください。*

アップデートマネージャーの“Update Pack Info”で、“Update Pack
7”に関連する全ての情報を読んだ事を確認して下さい。あなたには無関係なものもあるかも知れませんが、1分しかかからず、それにより何時間も節約出来るかも知れません。

*4. パッケージをアップグレードしてください。*

準備が出来て、知るべきことをすべて理解したら、“Install Updates”ボタンを押してください。

アップデートのあいだに、いくつかのことを質問されるでしょう。それぞれがとても重要ですので確実に答えてください…。新しいカーネルが、どこに Grub
をインストールするかたずねるでしょう。現在の Grub メニューの場所(大体のシステムでは“*/dev/sda*”)を入力して下さい。
